3. **Biometric Capture by the Customer:** The customer clicks the received link, which opens a simple and secure FaceSign web interface on their own device (smartphone, tablet, computer with camera).
4. **Liveness Proof (3D Liveness):** The customer performs the facial biometric capture. FaceSign's 3D Liveness technology kicks in, ensuring it is a real, present person and thwarting fraud attempts with photos or videos.
5. **Instant Validation:** The captured biometrics are compared with FaceSign's database (assuming prior registration or a combined flow with document validation, if necessary).
