Campaign Usage Guide (Cecília.IA)


Create Campaign

The tab Campaigns is the control center for your voice marketing actions. Here you create, activate, pause and analyze your automated dialing campaigns with Cecília.

To create a new campaign:

  1. Click on New Campaign.

  2. Fill in the following fields:

    • Campaign Name — a friendly identifier (e.g.: October Sales Campaign).

    • Agent — select which Cecília (voice) will be used.

    • Active Campaign — defines whether the campaign will start automatically after creation.

    • Upload Contacts Spreadsheet — upload a .CSV file containing the lead base (name, phone and custom variables).

    Note: The header must be exactly like the template.

  3. Click on Create Campaign.

💡 Tip: You can download a spreadsheet template by clicking “Download Spreadsheet Template” — this ensures the column format is correct.


Disable or Enable Campaigns

The top button Disable or Enable Campaigns allows turning on or pausing all campaigns in bulk.

  • 🔴 Disabled Campaigns — stop dialing immediately.

  • 🟢 Active Campaigns — resume the dialing process automatically.

⚙️ This feature is useful for strategic pauses (e.g.: outside business hours or on holidays).


All Campaigns

The button All Campaigns shows all created campaigns, regardless of status. The list includes important information:

📊 Campaigns are listed clearly, allowing quick monitoring of overall performance.


🟢Active Campaigns

By clicking on Active, only the campaigns in progress. These are the campaigns that are making automated calls at the moment.

Available actions:

  • View details — access the status and progress of each active campaign.

  • Disable — temporarily pause a specific campaign.

💬 Ideal for monitoring running campaigns and adjusting your strategies in real time.


🔴Disabled Campaigns

By clicking on Disabled, all campaigns that have already been finished or paused are listed.

These campaigns can:

  • Be reactivated, if you want to reuse the same base.

  • Be reprocessed, if you want to redo calls to unattended leads.

🧠 Tip: Reactivating old campaigns is an excellent strategy to reuse leads without additional import cost.


Reprocessing

The tab Reprocessing allows giving a new chance to unattended or errored contacts.

How it works:

  1. Select the desired campaign.

  2. View the status blocks:

    • Total Reprocessed — total leads already reprocessed.

    • In Progress — leads being processed now.

    • Completed — reprocessings finished.

    • Available — leads ready for a new attempt.

  3. Click on Select All to reprocess the entire pending base, or manually select the desired leads.

🔁 Reprocess is useful to optimize results, ensuring that no lead is lost due to connection failure, voicemail or temporary absence.


Performance Funnel

The Performance Funnel is an analytical view that shows campaign performance in a visual and segmented format.

Funnel structure:

  1. Total Base — total number of imported leads.

  2. Dialed — how many contacts have already been called.

  3. Answered (Hello) — how many answered.

  4. Productive — calls that generated relevant interaction.

  5. Success — contacts that reached the objective (According to the qualification Prompt).

Extra resources:

  • Analysis Period — set the date range for the report.

  • Refresh — updates the data in real time.
