Cecília Voice — Agent Selection and Management
When selecting Cecília.IA - Voice, you will see your available agents. Each Card represents a configured voice agent (e.g., “Cecília.IA”, “Facesign”).
Available actions:
View → Access the agent's detailed settings.
Back to Selection → Returns to the screen to choose between “Cecília.IA - Voice” and “Cecília.IA - Chat”.
Select Cecília.IA to proceed.
Agent Tab — Main Configuration
In this tab, you define the agent's basic information.

Fields:
Agent Name — Agent identification (e.g., “Cecília.IA”).
First Message — Initial greeting spoken on the call (e.g., “Hello?”).
Agent Prompt — The core of the configuration. Here you enter the conversation script, which guides how Cecília.IA should speak, which persona to follow and which variables to use ({{name}}, {{var1}}, {{var2}} etc.).
Phone Number — ID of the SIP route used for calls (Automatically generated by the system)
💡 Tip: keep the prompt well structured and humanized, clearly describing the identity, goals, and the tools that Cecília.IA can trigger.
“Qualification” Tab — Call Classification and Summary
This tab defines how the Cecília.IA interprets and classifies the outcome of each call.

Fields:
Success Criterion Defines how the system identifies whether the call was successful. Example: “Consider it a success if the lead shows interest in scheduling a meeting.”
Call Summary Defines the pattern that Cecília should follow when recording the conversation summary. Example: “Describe objectively what was discussed and the outcome of the call.”
🧠 These instructions are used internally to train the AI to generate standardized automatic classifications and summaries.
“Tools” Tab — Agent Extra Features
Here you enable additional functionalities that can be used during calls:

💬 WhatsApp Tool Allows Cecília to send WhatsApp messages automatically during or after the call (for example, to send a link, catalog, or summary).
🔁 Transfer Tool Allows Cecília to transfer the call directly to a human specialist (useful in cases of completed qualification).
🔒 Both tools can be enabled individually according to the campaign strategy.
“Test” Tab — Simulation and Validation
Before activating a campaign, you can test Cecília with a real lead.

Fields:
Lead Name — Name to personalize the call.
Phone — Lead's number (in international format, e.g., +5511999999999).
Available minutes — Shows the minutes balance in real time.
Click Start Test for Cecília to make a real demonstration call.
✅ Ideal for validating audio, tone of voice, prompt flow, and tool behavior before starting production campaigns.
