What Instances Are
This is where you connect and manage your WhatsApp numbers — both via Official API (Meta) and Unofficial API.
It is through these instances that communication between platforms occurs. Think of each instance as a “WhatsApp line connected to your system,” which can be used by agents, campaigns and automated flows.
On the main tab of Instances, you will find two main sections:
Creating Instances
Unofficial API
The Unofficial API is used for quick connections with personal or regular Business WhatsApp. It is a flexible alternative for testing, experimental campaigns or smaller volumes.

Required fields:
Phone Number with
+55in front.Click Create Instance and follow the instructions for authentication via QR Code.
⚠️Note: When creating your Instance in the Cecília.IA environment, an inbox is automatically created in the Omnichannel, integrating the tools into a single flow.
Official API
To configure an Official APIinstance, go to the top tab Official API.
If no Instance is connected, the system will display:
"No official integration found. Configure your first integration with the official WhatsApp API."
To proceed, click New Integration.
New Integration
The New Integration window offers two configuration options, depending on your need - Select the type of integration you want to configure:

Option 1 — Template message sending only
Specific and direct configuration for sending mass messages with templates approved by META. Ideal for marketing campaigns, reminders and automated messages.

What you can do:
Send welcome messages or campaigns approved on Meta;
Automate sending reminders or notifications;
Maintain communication without needing an interactive inbox;
Option 2 — Integrate with Omnichannel
⚠ In case of integration with the Omnichannel module via Official API, communication must be migrated to a single Omnichannel platform, since integration with the Official API is restricted to one platform at a time - That is, it is not possible to integrate two Omnichannel systems simultaneously.

Real-time chat via WhatsApp, Web and Instagram;
Automatic distribution of messages between attendants and AI agents;
Conversation logging and full history in Yuzap;
Possibility of transfer between human and Cecília.IA.
Set up your Webhook We need to configure the WhatsApp webhook to receive messages from customers sent to your business number.
Log in to your Facebook developer account and navigate to WhatsApp > Settings
Paste your Cecília.IA webhook URL and the verification token here and click "Verify and Save".
Configure webhook permissions by signing messages
Done! Done! Now you can start sending WhatsApp messages through Omnichannel.

💡 Pro Tip: use this integration when your infrastructure is within META's Official API. Cecília.IA talks to leads via text, handles multiple channels and sends automated messages within the same flow.
