User Guide - Reports (Cecília.IA)


Reports — Overview

By clicking on Reports, you access the system's central analytics dashboard. It brings together three main types of reports:

  1. General Report – complete view of all activities and calls.

  2. Performance – detailed conversion funnel by campaign.

Each tab can be filtered by date, campaign, agent and success criteria, allowing customized reports.


General Report — Activities and Calls

The General Report provides a complete view of all interactions carried out by campaigns, presenting data line by line.

Available Filters

  • Start / End Date — set the time range you want to analyze.

  • Success Criterion — select a specific type of outcome (e.g.: “Success”, "No Success" ).

  • Campaign — filter by a specific campaign or view all.

  • Agent — choose the agent who made the calls.

After setting the filters, click Filter to generate the report.

💡 Tip: You can export the report in CSV format by clicking the download icon next to the Filter.

If there is no data for the selected period, the system will display the message:

“No report found. Suggestion: create a new campaign to start generating reports.”


Performance — Detailed Conversion Funnel

The Performance tab is a visual tool that allows you to analyze campaign efficiency in a structured way, through a performance funnel.

Available Filters

The same filters from the General Report also apply here:

  • Start / End Date

  • Success Criterion

  • Campaign

  • Agent

Funnel Structure

The funnel displays performance stages in colored blocks and percentages. Each stage shows conversion relative to the total lead base.

Leads that received a call

Answered

Answered calls (human voice detected)

Productive

Calls with relevant interaction

Success

Calls that reached the final objective (e.g.: sale, scheduling, acceptance)

The colors and blocks visually represent the conversion rate at each phase, helping identify bottlenecks or optimization opportunities.

💬 Example: If you imported 1,000 contacts and 600 were dialed, 300 answered and 100 completed successfully, the funnel will show each percentage cascading.
