Module Introduction
The module Systems gathers all systems integrated with the Cecíl.IA platform, allowing you to easily access external tools directly from the dashboard.
This section was created to centralize access to complementary environments of your operation — such as omnichannel support, external reports or management portals.
💡 Objective: make it easier to use the systems that connect to Cecíl.IA, keeping your session active and avoiding the need for multiple logins.
Screen Structure
When accessing the tab Systems, you will see a list of all systems available for your account. Each system appears in the form of a card, containing:
System Name
Identifies the integrated system (e.g.: Yuzap Omnichannel)
Status
Shows whether the system is active and available for access
Description
Briefly explains the main function of the system
“Click to access” Button
Opens the system directly in a new browser tab
🔒 The display of available systems depends on your user permissions and the active plan.
Yuzap Omnichannel System
In the example above, the available system is Yuzap Omnichannel — a communication tool integrated with WhatsApp, Instagram, Web Chat and other channels.
Description:
“Omnichannel communication system for integrated support.”
This system is responsible for centralizing all the support handled by your human agents and by Cecíl.IA.
Main features:
Support via WhatsApp, Webchat and Instagram Direct.
Complete conversation history.
Automatic assignment of conversations between AI and humans.
Sending of message templates approved by WhatsApp.
Team management, queues and support reports.
Accessing an Integrated System
To access any integrated system:
Click on the card of the system (e.g.: Yuzap Omnichannel).
The system will open in a new browser tab of the browser.
Your session on Cecíl.IA will remain active, allowing you to easily switch between platforms.
💡 This ensures that you can operate simultaneously on the main dashboard and the integrated system without needing to log in again.
