Dashboard

The Dashboard is the main panel of Cecília.AI. Here you have an overview of your account, including available minutes, status and quick shortcuts to the platform's main functions.

Agents

The tab Agents is where you create and configure your Cecília.AI assistant — which can operate by voice or chat according to your objective.

Types of Agent

Type
Description

Intelligent chat agent used in text conversations via WhatsApp, Webchat or other integrated channels.

Intelligent voice agent used to make automated calls and natural conversations. Ideal for dialing campaigns.

💬 Tip: Create different agents for each objective — sales, support, lead qualification, etc.


Campaigns

In the Campaignstab, you create and manage your calling campaigns with Cecília.AI.

Main Functions

Function
Description

Lists all created campaigns.

Allows filtering campaigns by status.

Allows redoing calls that did not reach contact.

Shows the performance of each campaign, from calls to results.

Creates a new dialing operation based on a leads database.


How to create a campaign

To create your first Campaign access: New Campaign.

Track results

On the campaign panel, you will see:

  • Total contact base

  • Progress (%)

  • Number of calls made

  • Pending reprocessings

  • Campaign status

💡 Tip: Use reprocessing to increase the contact rate with leads who did not answer on the first attempt.


Instances

The tab Instances is where you manage the WhatsApp connections used in Cecília.AI.

Available Functions

Function
Description

Add a new WhatsApp connection.

Instance Status

Indicates whether the connection is Connected, Disconnected or Waiting for Connection.


Create Instance

By clicking on Create Instance, you can choose between two modes:

API Type
Description

Connection with WhatsApp Cloud (Meta). Ideal for verified accounts and enterprise use.

Connection via QR Code for quick use on regular numbers (Business or personal).

Reports

Here you track the performance of your campaigns and agents.

Report Types

Type
Description

Shows all calls made and their results.

Displays the conversion funnel, with dialing, contact and success metrics.


Prompt Testing

The tab Prompt Testing is a lab where you can test and compare different versions of AI prompts before applying them to campaigns.

Use this option to test a single prompt directly.

Compare the performance between two different prompts simultaneously.
