Organize group conversations with custom filters and folders

In Yuzap, you can organize and classify conversations with advanced filters and save the result as Folders. These folders appear in the sidebar, allowing quick access.

How to create a folder (saved filter)

Step 1. Click the filter icon at the top of the message list.

Step 2. A modal window will open, allowing you to select the filter type, the operator (equals, not equals, present, absent) and the desired value. Choose and apply your filters.

Step 3. After applying the filter, you will see all conversations that match the criteria. Then click the “Save” button at the top of the conversation list panel.

Step 4. A new modal window will open, asking you to give the filter a name.

Example use: Unassigned conversations with Status = Open And No agent.


How to access the folder

  • In the sidebar, click the folder name to open the filtered view whenever you need it.


How delete a folder

  1. In the sidebar, locate the folder.

  2. Click the trash icon (red).

  3. Confirm on “Yes, Delete”.


Best practices

  • Name clearly (e.g., Pending_Today, Unassigned_BR).

  • Standardize filters across the team so everyone understands the purpose of each folder.

  • Review periodically: remove obsolete folders and adjust criteria as your workflow changes.
